[.14] Where can I find Cobaltite?

I have read in previous posts that cobaltite (Cobalt ore) isn't turned on by default and that we can reduce Cobalt Oxide from the advanced copper processing, however I cannot find the advanced copper processing nor can I find where I can turn on the cobaltite so that I can mine it.
I've gotten pretty far in and have become stuck until I figure this out. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

What mods do you have installed? IIRC Cobaltite as well as Cobalt should come from Bob's Plates but i can't verify it atm.

Advanced copper processing is only made in Chemical Furnaces or Multi-Purpose Furnaces.

can turn on cobalt ore from the mods configuration screen
Main menu -> options -> Mods.
Advanced copper processing is unlocked via Cobalt processing, and requires a higher tier chemical furnace. it gives Copper plates with a Cobalt oxide "By-product", you don't need all that much of it.

I appreciate all the quick responses. Thanks. I love the mods. It brought some more challenges that made the game more interesting.

I was able to produce the cobalt Oxide after building my last available furnace (Electric Multipurpose furnace). It needed tungsten plates and I didn't think I could produce it without cobalt oxide, but I had the recipe wrong.

When I go to the Main Menu>Options>controls>Mods, all I have control over modifying is the inserters. Does it matter what order the mods are installed in? I have the following mods in this order.

not Main Menu>Options>controls>Mods
Main Menu>Options>Mods
don't go into controls, that's basically for keybinds.

In the Main Menu I have:
Play
Map Editor
Options
Mods
About
Exit
In Options I have
Graphics
Sounds
Controls
Other
Back
I don't seem to have the same main menu that you have. I cannot get to any menu item that would allow me to configure any settings other than the key bindings and general graphic settings.

oh, right, 0.14. What I was telling you is how it is in 0.15. (I know 0.15 isn't stable yet, but it's been out so long already that in my mind, 0.14 doesn't exist anymore).
Install config mod (If you haven't already) and browse to config.lua within that mod (The mod needs to be extracted to a folder, don't leave it in the zip) and find the list of ore enable tags. Then set Cobalt to true.
That is if you really want cobalt ore to appear, Everything else I already said about the advanced copper processing recipe should still be valid.
You should be able to build an electric chemical furnace without having cobalt, which will allow you to make cobalt oxide.
