[0.15] Water Pumpjacks have no Output

Exactly the title. No way to get Lithia water(or regular water) to wherever they're needed
It took me a few minutes to find the issue when I looked for it.
fluid_box was renamed to output_fluid_box. My extra pumpjacks shouldn't work either.
This was likely done to help distinguish it from input_fluid_box for the new uranium mining fluid input.
