Changelogs?

Is there anywhere that changelogs are being kept? I'm not seeing up-to-date ones in the threads for individual components, and I don't see a central update thread either. (Yes, I could just diff the old and new versions, but if there's actual changelogs, that would be much more convenient.)

The spoiler at the bottom of the first post of the general 0.14 thread shows all changes in the 0.14 version. Shows all changes from 0.13 -> 0.14 migration, and all 0.14 versions.
Same with the 0.13 versions if you were to check it. Shows all changes from 0.12 -> 0.13 migration, and all 0.13 versions.

0.12 and earlier didn't really have a collective spot for it, some of the main topics for each mod will have a similar section, but they're not updated anymore.
