I would fix this myself, but I haven’t created myself an account yet.
On the page: https://wiki.factorio.com/Version_history, 0.18 is listed as a minor version of 0.17, rather than its own major version.

The guy who usually takes care of most of the wiki stuff is currently away at university for the moment, so it's somewhat up in the air on what's happening with 0.18.
