Block me, then. It'll let everyone concentrate on sneering at the game updates and redesigning it to the lowest common denominator by committee.

Agreed (on all counts).

It'd be neat if there was some way to do skinning without needing a mod (eg. also some way that I could use on public multiplayer servers ;)). Is it possible for a mod to do this per-player or through a softmod? (Sorry about my complete ignorance of modding)
