0.17 player blueprints?

I thought I read somewhere that in 0.17 blueprints were moved from being "per game" to "per player".

I did notice some improved blueprint behavior in 0.17, but since even in earlier versions the blueprint library seemed to reside on the computer (not the game) I assumed that the statement meant that finally the blueprint library would be included in the Steam Sync.

But I just had to use my laptop for the game and was sorely disappointed, the blueprint library didn't come from my desktop.

Is there a plan to include Steam Sync for the blueprint library in 0.17 as part of the blueprint overhaul? Or is that something we must wait for until 0.18?

Blueprints are indeed not synced on Steam cloud.

Thanks for the link to the official thread. It is crazy that they are doing blueprint improvements in 0.17 but did not include this, easily one of the most important missing features. I went and posted so in that thread. Let's hope they realize they missed it and add it to 0.17.
