Factorio's Aesthetic

Playing the new Introductions campaign I just figured out why I'm so in love with the way this game looks and feels -- it's Starcraft 1.
My initial experience with SC1 before I ever interacted with it as an RTS was just loading the map maker and poking around that for hours on hours, adding doodads to the map to build out a desolate barren world with crashed ships jutting out of the crags and towering cliffs bisecting the landscape.
I've always wanted a game that recaptures that feeling of exploring a world like that with that look in iso without any of the competitive RTS mechanics and that's how the world of Factorio feels
