Sandbox Mode?

Is there a mode where you start clean in a new world? I bought the cheapest version, so I'm not sure if it comes with it or not. If it does come with it, how do I access it?
if you mean "start with no already built machines" you can simply press "new game" and you can start on an clean world.
sandbox mode is instead a mode where you play without character and have from the start all the tech. It is in play - custom scenario - sandbox
