why I not correctly consider production?

I am a little embarrassed, there can be somebody will specify my mistake

I have established 5 Assembling machine 1 which collect science pack 2

speed of production science pack 2 it is equal to 6 seconds
Assembling machine 1 work with speed of 0.5 then it turns out what each of them will collect science pack 2 in 9 seconds, so then 5 Assembling machine 1 in one minute will do more than 30 pieces of science pack 2(60/9*5=30 per min), but in a window of Production View the number of production science pack 2 24,5-25.4/min why not 30 appears?

speed of .5 means you double the time, not multiply by 50%. It takes 12 seconds per pack, instead of 9. 60/12*5 is 25.
