0.15.10 released still in 0.14.23 on Steam ?

Hi,
I installed the game today on Steam and my version is 0.14.23
The 0.15.10 is a experimental version to activate ?

Warning: rev 15.X through Steam doesn't work for a number of people (including me). It will not launch and gives no hint of what is happening. The work around is to link your Steam account with your Factorio account and do a direct download from the factorio homepage. It will nuke all of your previous achievements but it works consistently every time. It does not remove your mods or your save games, though.

That was maybe right for 0.15.1 but x. 10 works splendid.

That was maybe right for 0.15.1 but x. 10 works splendid.
15.9 didn't work for me. I admit I haven't tried 15.10 through Steam.
EDIT: Nope 15.10 doesn't work for me within Steam. No problems standalone

I posted it in the Bug Reports. I may or may not get the Steam start up screen prior to the Factorio launching screen. That screen closes without launching into the game then in the Steam game list it shows this

I normally have to kill it through task manager otherwise get warning that the game is already running if I try to launch again.
No issues with 14.23 launching from Steam or 15.10 stand alone.
