Steam Achievement via "New Game"

I finished the campaign but did not get any Steam achievements. Will I be eligible for Steam Achievements if a start a game via "New Game" option in Menu?

Correct, Steam Achievements are only earned in free play mode.

You must play in freeplay scenario vanilla game. Mods disable steam achievements.
