They won't ninja release a 0.15 without having said a probable release date in a FFF. Check those before.

Just because 0.14 experimental was released so quickly after 0.13 being stable, doesn't mean 0.15 will be the same.
The actual new feature in 0.14 was just the rewritten multiplayer architecture, but 0.15 will have so many new things like the Spidertron (FFF#120), circuit network improvements (#151), nuclear power, Multithreaded update, HD graphics (#154), the new pump (#155), GUI rewritten (#156), liquid wagon (#157), research revolution (#159), infinite research (#161), blueprint library (#161), those changes mentioned in #160 Finding 3, new rail graphics (#163)....
So I would say, just be patient!
