In Friday Facts #31 I saw this sentence:

"We have been contacted by several youtubers, and told all of them to wait for the release of their videos until the 1st of May so there is a good chance that we didn't even reach the peak so far."

That made me ask myself the question whether the game is eligible to stream on Twitch.tv, too?
I mean, I know about this game because I saw it on a stream about two weeks ago and it was love from first sight. I'd really love to stream it.
But after I read the Friday Facts, I got scared and I now I'm not sure if streaming the game would bring me a DMCA ban?

I did a very quick research about the DMCA ... wow it is hardcore.

The "wait for 1st may" is there mainly to hold the wave of people from coming until the trailer is done, it was just friendly appeal, not a request.
We will certainly not try to punish anyone by using some totalitarian state mechanisms ever.
