How do I got solaris achievemnet?

In one of my saved game, I've installed 2.7k solar panels and producing 80MW of energy.
(of course only solar energy. No boilers and engines are installed.)
But I can't get the achievement.
Should I start new game and try it?
PS : Now I'm consuming 162MW of enegy but can't get the achievement. Something wrong.

How long have you let it run? According to the description, you need to generate 10GJ of energy, that's 10,000MJ, via solar. That would take a 100MW solar array 100 seconds to do. It might be a typo, and they may mean 10GW of solar (I have a solar array in my kilobase that's making 300MW peak power).

My 355 raders are consuming 106MW of energy now... but I couldn't got the achievement. Think try it in a different game. thanks.

Produce more than 10 GJ energy per hour without the usage of Steam engine.
