I just found out that fallout is going to be adding logistical networks and the like to their new DLC it seems alot like another game i seen to play quite a lot

yeah I saw this, it basically isn't a fallout game anymore, I think the dlc is supposed to be so you can sort your stuff, but it looks like rat trails. and I wonder because its the Creation Engine, if you leave a cell/area it doesn't simulate objects. so you'll have to babysit it.
