So I downloaded Foreman (latest version) ran it, learned the very basics but I haven't the first idea how to tell the program to only a specific type of assembler, it keeps saying use 3 assembler type 3 or assembler type 1, I need it to use only assembler type 2. How does one do this??

top reft you see a list assembler 1 assembler 2 and assembler 3 with checkboxes next to them un check assembler 3 and rerun it.
