Naming problem

Look this page in the wiki https://forums.factorio.com/wiki/inde ... rt_network

I mean the following:
We have transport belts, splitters and underground belts. These three built a category of belt types.

Now my problem: how do I name that category? The obvious would be "Transport belts", but that has too much meanings: the category of the three belt types, the category of the different transport belts with the three speeds and the entity. I don't want to add one more meaning, this is not useful.

Then I thought I give it a completely new name, I thought to "Moving ground", because that is it, what it is. But this is not obvious. :)

I don't have a better idea.

Does anyone have a good name for that category?

PS: I thought it was a good idea, but now when I reread that all, I think I need to move the pages also to its singular form (transport belt, not transport belts etc).

I see no reason why not use "transport belts". Underground belts are just one type of transport belts. And spliters are special kind of belts used for spliting/joining item flows from different belts.

"Belt Transport"?
Seems straightforward without being confusable with other terms.
The Belt Transport System consists of Transport belts, Splitters, Underground belts, Inserters and Storages....
Would go well with sister pages "Rail Transport" and "Logistics Transport" too. :)

Nice, yes, thanks, thats what I was searching!! :) :)

The coming hirarchy is like so:
- Transport network
-- Belt transport system
--- Transport belt
--- Splitter
--- Undergound belt
-- Inserter
-- Chest
-- Storage (concept)

"Storages" was an idea, which didn't work well. I know now, that the networks are all a family of items and some special concepts.
