Personally I'd avoid Towns like the plague. There are some serious bugs and badly implemented behavior in the AI that seriously undermine the game. The developers have also pretty much abandoned it to the point where I regret giving them any of my money.

Listen to him, the AI is so bad that it will run across town to put a piece of bread on the second floor of a building.
