No power at steam engine?

I placed a steam engine and 3 boilers coming from a pump them 2 pipes under ground then into boilers into steam engine I then make small electric pole place it near the engine and still no power. Can anyone help me figure this out?
P.S. Water temp at pipes is 100 I have coal in all 3 boilers,but the water in engine is 20.

Is there any load on the engines yet? The engines won't produce any energy if there isn't anything to use that energy, like non-burner inserters or drills
