So, I just recently reinstalled windows on my PC and wiped it etc

Is there any way my saves are archived somewhere? if not oh well not a big deal I can start over, thats half the fun right?

I can't seem to find Landfill mod (need it for an idea)

Is it logical to play a playthrough where once you have the ability to automate concrete and concrete your base you aren't allowed to build off concrete?

If you formatted then no you lost it all. It's stored on windows here:
%appdata%\factorio\saves

thanks for that I had a rather awesome starting map saved that I was hoping to use
now i just need to find landfill and get thoughts on my concrete only idea
