Should elevated rails be free for 2.0?

With the release of space age, I figured it would be about time to post this question. Personally, I think they should, but I just want to hear what the masses think of it.

Has Wube ever done anything to suggest elevated rails were included in the price you paid for base Factorio?. I would like Wube to keep giving me free stuff, but do I think that's likely? Not really. So I don't really get this poll.
I've already bought space age, but I can see if some people just want elevated rails but not Quality plus space, they may have wanted the DLC split up (eg. $5 for elevated rails DLC, $5 for Quality DLC, $25 for Space DLC). I can see the current situation could be frustrating. But free?
For the record I didn't vote in this poll. The only vote that matters is Wube's

I just want the public opinion?

It's just a weird question, asking if a company "should" do work for free.
You've said they "should", and then offered no justification.

I love Factorio, Just had a Baby Money is tight, so I'm not buying Space Age right now when things are tight. I love rails I could play factorio 24/7 and love the rails a lot. That being said I think their fine in the DLC. They been putting in a decade YES a Decade of work into this game since I first played with no new costs to me. I think after 10 years to get some cool looking rails it's 100% fine to be in the DLC.
Now IDK how the DLC works. But what if I wanted to play without space, owned the DLC, but wanted Space Rails? That I could see being a wanted feature. Not sure if that is even possible right now. But maybe if the devs allow it even via mods sometime, or some sort advance options that would be pretty cool tbh.

The expansion features can be toggled on/off one at a time, though IIRC space-age itself needs both elevated rails and quality active. All three require the expansion.

That is awesome. Then 110% fine with it being space age.

I agree with shopt and think r/wooosh isn't a justification
