I suppose the expansion will cost the same price everywhere (Steam, developer website). And when I buy it over the website, I can also get a Steam key as far as I know.

So my question is, in which case do the developers get the highest share of the sales price? That's where I would prefer to buy it.

Buy directly from the website, then. Steam takes a 30% cut afaik
