If I was to clear out all the creeper spawner house things would i stone getting randomly attacked by creepers

If you destroy them, they have no place to spawn, that was my favorite strategy.

Are you saying that all the creepers that come in the wave come from creeper spawners throughout the world, and if you are is it each time it is time for a wave of creepers does the radius of creeper spawners around me go up to account for more difficulty.

And one more thing I was going through the game files today and find a picture under entities called creeper-rocket and all I have to say is what the hell man do we really need a creeper thing with a rocket lancher

This post is just a general statement on the fight against creeper kind but if you press F7 you will be able to see the paths that the creepers take in black lines with black squares in every block and you could follow those back to there bases to kill them off.
I marked out the lines they follow in this picture.
