I have to admit that I'm not using the Multiplayer feature at all and thus it is quite unimportant for me. Therefore I would like to see a 0.12 single player release (mutliplayer greyed out or so) to test/play with the new and interesting new features. Benefits would be:
1. I would be able to play ;)
2. Technical bugs are of course important to fix, but for a game to be fun the gameplay has to be fun and the balance to be just right. And honestly: I doubt that these to things can be right in an inital release. And my point is that this can be best tested in singleplayer, which most of the playerbase actually uses.

Additional benefit would be ability to start on mod updates/improvements - I'm also a singleplayer only - multiplayer is nice and cool to have but it's difficult on coding side. And potential singleplayer bugs might make more problems for multiplayer after they are found and fixed.
