space exploration not working with a rented server

I bought a server so me and a friend could play space exploration, but the server doesnt allow me to join. i have tried contacting support but it still wont let me join the server even after removing all optional mods and any other nondependent mods.

i fixed it the problem turned out to be the file name it had the (1).zip of an already downloaded file
