[1.1.13] Waiting for server to save the map then times out.

Whenever i try to join a multiplayer game through steam or through ip address it fails to save the map. i have tried creating a outbound firewall rule but the same error occurs.

Hello,
The log doesn't show any connection attempts,
Can you try to connect to some servers and then attach the log?
