corrupt files, cant start new game

power went out and it wont load after restarting and reinstalling game
I cannot even make or play a brand new game... no saves will load. i have also repaired the game files in steam. tried reinstalling all mods. trying with them on and also off.

Try renaming or moving the blueprint-storage.dat from your installation.

yep that did it something is wrong with the blueprints. sucks i will loose all of them but at least i can play a game now. thank you. weird that that happened from a power outage. thank you for your help
