I just got the game and installed it, and I got this error trying to play it.
I tried verifying game file integrity, reinstalling, reinstalling and verifying integrity.

Your file path
D:\My fucking shit, dude!\Frozen (Either ditchable temporary data or elements with constants contained in a sublte way)\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio\data\base\graphics\entity\curved-rail\hr-curved-rail-horizontal-left-bottom-segment-visualisation-continuing-1.png
is longer than the 260 character path allowed on Windows 10.
You can
shorten the name of the install folder, or
edit the registry to enable a longer path.
