Restoring my old account

Dear Support-team,

I have already contacted you per E-mail, however, I do not know if you are still active there. My problem is the following:
About six years ago, my grandpa bought me this game. Today I came across the . exe file and wanted to install the game again. The problem is that I have to log in to update and I do not know the email nor the password. Now I am stuck at version 0. 12. 29 and would like to update the game. Is that still somehow possible to link the game to my new account which I created today?
I would appreciate an answer.

Which e-mail address did you contact?
Do you at least have your old factorio.com account name?

Hello

I contacted support@factorio.com and already got in touch with them yesterday, unfortunately i remember neither one. My best guess would be Matt1312

Sorry, we don't have 24/7 coverage of the support emails on the weekend,
