[1.1.11] cant build ghosts outside hand range

Since updating to 1.1.11 i cannot build ghosts buildings (shift+click) outside of the manual building range anymore.
Both map and normal view are affected.

Blueprints and copy/paste still work.

Anyone else found this?

Happens in a newly generated singleplayer map and a multiplayer session migrated from 1.1.8

I think it is the same as the following known issue that will be fixed with 1.1.12.

Yeah, I have the same issue. Wasn't present for me on the previous build, 1.1.8 I think it was. Haven't change anything other than applying the updates.

Hope 1.12 comes soon. Not being able to ghost or copy/paste is rough.
