[1.1.6] Error starting server after 1.0 to 1.1.6 updating

[1.1.6] Error starting server after 1.0 to 1.1.6 updating

Server is a linux-headless server on Debian 8.11
Map was on 1.0.0 Stable, then I updated it with factorio-updater to 1.1.6 Experimental and haven't been able to start the server since. Any help or hints is greatly appreciated!

Small update:
I tried launching my map from 1.1.6, 1.1.5, and 1.1.0 clients all getting this error. When I went down to 1.0.0 I was able to launch the map just fine. It looks like it's a map file issue, I attached it to this post if it helps.
