Game Crashing Randomly

There's nothing in-game that's causing it that I know of, and the save file doesn't matter, it happens on every save I make, but playing the game for anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes the game crashes and gives me this log. It doesn't say any specific issue when it crashes, just that the game stopped unexpectedly. If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it!

Its a graphics issue, you can check if you are on the latest drivers but support for your hardware ended 7 years ago so I don't think you will get this to work without getting a new machine. You can also try 9300.
