[1.0.0] Game freezes after a minute of gameplay when loading specific save

I'm not sure where to post this so if I should repost somewhere else please let me know.

I'm running 1.0.0 with a fairly large number of mods and whenever I load a specific save, the game will run fine for about a minute before completely freezing up, forcing me to have to force quit the game using Task Manager after a number of minutes. Would anyone be able to advise me on how to start debugging this issue so I can fix it and/or report it to the relevant mod authors.

Here is the log as requested, I was testing in multiplayer to see if the issue persisted (it did, the other player reported that the server was not responding and timed out, saving the game and loading that save causes the game to immediately hang - I have attached that save to this post.
