Best option to buy the game as gift for steam for a non-contact recipient

Hi all

Happy owner of the game since 3 years, I wanted to offer one or two copies of it as gift through the community of one of my preferred Frenchy streamer (twitch: franck_miller) to celebrate the "out of alpha".

The thing is that I would prefer not to force the happy winner to register on a 3rd party website in English, as I understood would be the case if I buy it here on factorio.com
Likewise, I would like to avoid having to buy on a shady "key reseller" so that our dear devs get the full reward of their good work.

What would be the advised way? Buying through HumbleBundle maybe?

If not factorio.com, you have humblebundle.com, gog.com and steam to choose from. I'd simply ask the recipient what they would prefer.
