[0.17.79] Can't connect to server but it shows as started

The control panel for my server is saying it is running and using resources, but I can't connect to it. I have added a password, added "hidden": true to the Server setting json, but this is all I get when I attempt to start it and I am unable to connect to it via IP and port:

What am I doing wrong?

If there's no traffic reaching the server it means something has blocked it; most likely the firewall on the machine you're hosting from.
