[18.31] - Game often "lags" out on multiplayer

My wifi's fine each time this happens, I can see
other people moving, but I can't? What is going on?

You have about 1400ms latency and the server is ignoring your inputs, I assume because they do not reach the server in time.

Odd, but why do I go from 20 ticks to around 250 in a couple seconds? I had never experienced this before yesterday so I wasn't sure if it was a bug or not.
