[0.18.24] Unable to download/update mods from mod portal

No mods installed (I usually have a bunch but renamed the mod folder to eliminate them from the equation).
Trying to load the mod list from the install pane gives a red "Failed to download mods list" that when hovered over gives an API call failed: (path:'api/mods', status:520).
Attached a screenshot, the factorio log as well as what I get when I access the 4 links that are mentioned in the log.
