Is there a way to download the Windows version with curl/wget or similar using my accounts access token, or by using my credentials if necessary?

Trying to automate running a factorio server on a Windows Enterprise enabled machine.

Note: I'm not asking how to use any tools, just asking about a link or api to use to automate downloading the game/server zip file for Windows.
