Multiplayer lag\freezing

Hello, I and my friends want to play(4 players). When I host - they can't play because of a huge lag.
When I connecting - They can play, but I have this huge lag.
We have a good network and live in one small town - 100Mbits on ethernet cable(with one friend I have the same provider). Also, we all have similar to my PC
Ryzen 1600x, 32GB RAM, game and OS on SSD, GTX 2060S
In other games and soft I haven't any issues. This lag starts after a few minutes of my connect
I already try to disable firewall, play without my router(direct connect cable in PC), use Hamachi LAN, Steam and IP connect

Looks like a network issue, likely dropped packets, since you ruled out your router its either your pc or your isp. You can try a different machine in your network to narrow it down further or set up a udp connection test to one of your friends.

Same. We are living in RU region and have same providers but the situation is absolutely identical. All other steam games work great for us, ping is 9ms. But in Factorio we have huge latency issues.

Try if it works without steam connect.

well...I check this on another computer and the same issue. After a few minutes I have lags, then all good for few minutes and again lags. Also, these issues only evening\night time, when all people use the internet, but I check speed, and all is ok-95Mbits load\upload. I use WinMTR to check the route to my friend's ISP.
From this i saw that on my gateway(i think) there are packets losses, but it's periodically, like in game - few minutes without losses and than lags.
