[0.18.15] My blueprints store is empty in game.
Way for reproduce:
1) Put my storage in your bluprints folder (C:\Users\name_of_user\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\blueprint-storage.dat)
2) Run game v0.18.15
3) Try use blueprint from book.
4) Check your bluprints folder (C:\Users\name_of_user\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\blueprint-storage.dat)
5) Close game.
6) Blueprint will be droped to blueprint-storage.baсk.dat (in C:\Users\name_of_user\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\)
7) Current Storage of blueprint will be empty (23 Kb)
I have a lot of blueprints and i want use it. What problem ?
How i can fix it ? Please help me.

This BP store working in v0.18.10
Now i will try drop my books to cargo (in game), and in next step i will try get this books in v 0.18.15.

You haven't posted log and your blueprint-storage.dat works for me, so I am gonna make an assumption here:
- Go to Other options and disable Blueprint library cloud sync.
- Then copy blueprint-storage.dat to %APPDATA%
- Then load a save and try to check content of blueprint library.
Possible reason why Cloud lost the blueprint library is save folder containing more than 2 GB of save files.

How i can clear my cloud and put to cloud my Blueprint library?

Now if you enable blueprint library cloud sync again, the local library will be copied to cloud, but if cloud will retain it this time, I don't know.
(Cloud issues like this are reason why it's an option and disabled by default in the first place)
To clean up cloud storage, you need to delete old saves while the game is running (so either use delete button in load game menu, or launch the game alt-tab to file explorer and delete or move old save files out of saves folder) so that Steam recognizes the files as deleted and does not restore them from cloud next time you launch the game.
