You don't have graphics drivers installed, so the game is being launched on Microsoft Basic Render Driver, which is software rasterizer (very slow). It crashes inside Microsoft Basic Render Driver.

If possible, install driver for your graphics card, if not possible open Factorio properties in Steam Library, and set launch options to

Thanks a lot! But I want to run factorio server on a windows server that doesn't have a graphics card, how can I get or run a headless version for windows?
