[0.17.70] Error loading latest save game, other saves work fine.

I assumed this was going to be a MOD issue, but I try not to install too many mods and disabling them didn't help. I was really having fun with this save, so I hope it can be saved.
Crash happens right when I get to the game play screen. (see screenshot)
