I don’t think this is the right place to post this but I could not find a better place and I really need the attention of the dev team.

Two nights ago I purchased a Factorio website key, and I still have not received it. The next morning I sent an email to support@factorio.com detailing my issue and providing evidence that I did purchase the game. I have gotten no reply. Am I ever going to receive my game or should I just give up and try to get a refund?

Did you buy the game through the humble widget on factorio.com? If not, we're did you buy it?

Thats okay, it happens to everyone. Thank you so much for dealing with me so quickly. I have played the demo a few times and really enjoyed it, so congrats on making a great game.
