[0.17.64]Updating config files

Hi,
Factorio has saying that my config file(s) aren't valid. Recreating them isn't really an option, but editing or deleting one or two lines would be.
There also doesn't appear to be any information as to what the error is with the file. The error message basically says "Your files are wrong, so we are deleting them". There is also no information in the factorio-current.log that could help.
Has anyone debugged this previously and knows what entries cause the entire file to be deleted? If not, I'll be going through it line by line to find the culprit.
