[0.17.50] Crash At Start-Up after Successful Play Sessions

I've always played the stable branch but wanted to try the new features so I switched my Steam Launch Properties to Experimental.

The intro music would begin but the splash would not come up. Instead I would get a crash/lock and the error dialog.

I switched to 0.17.63 and experienced the same. So, I then went all the way back to 0.17.50 and everything worked as expected (wonderfully).

I played across two days for many hours. Then when launching the game for the fourth or fifth time in this release it did the same crash/lock as before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you to the devs for this fantastic game! Log posted below....

Wandering around the forum I found this post: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=72503

In it posila suggested adding --dxgi-blit-model to the Launch Options in Steam.

I figured what the hay and tried it. It worked!

I guess unless something reverts on a future game launch (fingers crossed) we can consider this solved.

It would be nice if that blit option change was added to dialog that pops out when this crash happens.
I prefer to use DX and needed to search for this one.. since apparently Factorio aboslutely hates 5700XT - it will cause the device removed crash with hang regularly - few minutes after loading save is max as long it will last. In some cases it won't go pas tloading mods stage and die instantly.
Changing to blit mode in graphics settings seems to help. Not sure if game is overlaoding the GPU or something else is going on. Haven't seen issues like this in other games and 3D Mark runs happily.
