32 bit version of Game

There is no 32 bit version since 0.15, you need a 64 bit os and hardware to play this game.

Same place on the official website where all the other versions are. Just scroll down the list of stable releases.

And if you're using Steam, right click on the game's title in your steam library, click on properties, go to the betas tab, and you should be able to select a version.

On Steam, when installing the game on 32bit OS, you'll get the last 32bit build (0.14.23) by default or when selecting branch with newer version.
