[0.17.23] performance issues

Hey everybody.
So I updated to 0.17.23 and am now getting general performance issues. Mainly when placing furnaces, my framerate drops from 60 to like 20. I do have smoke turned off and when placing anything else near other furnaces, I have no problems. Well, I turned Rivatuner statistics server on and whenever placing furnaces, my GPU clock drops to 850 MHz (GTX 1050 4GB). Note please that usage of either CPU or GPU never got over 40%. If anybody has any tips, I would love to hear them :D.

Hello, do you have G-sync LCD?
Try to disable "Wait for V-sync" in graphics options (do you have screen tearing with it disabled?)
