can't update to 0.17

can't update to 0.17

i play factorio on steam and the 0.17 update doesn't seem to show up in the steam library view, i am not sure what to do.
can anyone help?

It is the Steam betas section.
Right click on Factorio in Steam -> Properties -> Betas -> select 0.17.x in the drop down box.
