[0.17.8] Advanced Oil Processing vanished from technology list in a specific save file

Helo everyone! As the title says.. Here are some images

This is one above is from the said saved game, this other one here is from a new game

What I suspect that could have interfered with something is, I activated Angel's petrochem, refining and smelting mods to start another game, played it a bit, than deactivated these mods and got back into this save I'm sharing here again. Maybe this did something to the game? I have no clue really.
I got the technology by using this:
/c game.player.force.technologies['advanced-oil-processing'].researched=true
Though it deactivates achivments right? Is there a way to "fix" this save file without using this console command?
