Notification Message in PvP when Research (to all befriend teams)

Dear Developer,
I have a question about the pvp scenario in factorio. We have begun an match with diplomacy and 3 teams. We have friend sight comparison and all went good as it planed. But if i "ally" an other team, this team and I get messages each time, when i or they begin to research something. Is there a way to deactivate this feature, without setting "ally" to "neutral", because we want the map sight comparison?
I have looked in alle the save PvP lua's but dont found something.
